I SAW SATAN FALL

leave a comment »

Any man or angel who sins not only separates himself from God but also naturally falls to the lowest possible level. I think it is Milton who said that Satan fell through gravity.  Many man made religions cater to the flesh.  Take Islam, for example.  All of their promises, both for this life and the life to come cater to the flesh.  They are promised seventy virgins in heaven if they kill a Christian or a Jew, even if the Christian or Jew is a helpless infant.  Two things will tempt the man, especially that of the ungodly person.  These two things would be sensual sins and violence; specially violence against the helpless.

Satan is called in II Corinthians 4:4 the god of this world.  It also says that he blinds the minds of the unbeliever. Satan will come to one as an angel of light, impersonating someone else.  It is said of God:  In him is light and in him is no darkness at all.  “I Am the Truth and the Light”.

It is said of Satan:

He is a liar

He is the veil over all nations

He is a deceiver.  What then must I do if someone comes to me and claims to be a prophet or even Jesus.  We must always keep in mind that God is light and truth.   Satan’s entire purpose is to deceive.  He does not want questions because he can’t control thinking people.

How can I get answers from Jesus?   Read and meditate on John 14:26; the  Spirit can only bring to your mind that which you already know.  Th e more you know of Scripture, the more He  has to bring into your mind.
